How much are the shipping costs?

To send our products we have different ways of shipping possibility. Below are the options and associated costs.

I do not have account / How do I create an account?

You will be asked during the order process on your first order your contact, billing address (and shipping address) to enter. You will be also asked to enter a password. You after your first order merely entering your email address and password to complete an order. How do I change my address?
